Training Needs Analysis from the United Kingdom Hydrographic Office (UKHO) to Sri Lanka National Hydrographic Office (SLNHO)
The delegation from the United Kingdom Hydrographic Office (UKHO) conducted four days programme on Training Needs Analysis (TNA) from 27 to 30 Jan at SLNHO, Welisra.
This programme is a systematic process used to identify gaps in employee skills and determine the training requirement to bridge those gaps. Successfully completion of TNA program empower organizations to make data driven decision optimize training budgets and enhance employee performances.
The programme was delivered by Mr. Jeremy Kitchker, International Training Manager and Mr. Michael Davis, UKHO Geographic Technical Lead, Middle East & Indian Ocean from UKHO and Mr. Harsha Vithanaarachchi, Additional Secretary Defence, RAdm (Retd) Sisira Jayakody, Chairman National Hydrographic Council (NHC), RAdm Kosala Warnakulasooriya, National Hydrographer, officials from Ministry of Defence and SLNHO Staff attended during the inaugural session.
