Commodore Kosala Warnakulasooriya assumes duties as Chief Hydrographer of the Sri Lanka Navy Hydrographic Service
On 10th August 2023, with the retirement of Rear Admiral KAPSK Kariyapperuma, the present, Naval Assistant to the Commander of the Navy, Commodore PK Warnakulasooriya is appointed by Commander of the Navy as the Chief Hydrographer of the Sri Lanka Navy and as a member of the Governing Board of the National Aquatic Resources Research and Development Agency. Accordingly, Commodore PK Warnakulasooriya commenced his duties as the fourth Chief Hydrographer of the Sri Lanka Navy.
