Indian Defense Attache meets the Chief Hydrographer of the Navy
The Defence Attache to High Commission of India in Colombo, Captain Vikas Sood paid a courtesy call on Chief Hydrographer to the Sri Lanka Navy and Joint Chief Hydrographer to the Government of Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka RAdm KASPK Kariyapperuma on 15th September 2022 at Sri Lanka Navy Hydrography Service.
The Chief Hydrographer had a cordial exchange of views with Defence Attache to High Commission of India on matters of mutual interest and extended his fullest cooperation and support to strengthen relationship between two countries while recalling the longstanding relations between two navies in the field of hydrography.
At the outset, Captain Sood expressed his heartfelt greetings to RAdm KASPK Kariyapperuma who reached the helm as the 3rd Chief Hydrographer of Sri Lanka Navy. The Defence Advisor to the High Commission of India and the Chief Hydrographer exchanged mementos to signify the event.
